The Companys Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 130800.00 USD - 171675.00 USD. Job related skills experience education and location will be considered in setting actual starting base addition to your base salary and depending on job level eligibility and performance a total package may include profit sharing a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS
Develop strategies that align with customer strategies and position the business to capitalize on emerging consumer and market trends
Work to penetrate accounts in the buying retail and operational functions by developing relationships across multiple levels of the organization (3 up and 3 down philosophy)
Build and maintain a trusted partnership with Costco through transparent communication and strategic negotiation
Maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role from financial analysis to executional planning
DEVELOP STRATEGY AND DIRECTION FOR THE BUSINESS
Fully accountability and ownership of the business unit from strategic development to achieving top and bottom-line objectives
Challenge the status quo and bring new business ideas and opportunities that align with Costco priorities that positively impact both top and bottom line for SCJ
Build a strong relationship with cross-functionals to ensure Costco specific assortment is scoped rooted in consumer insights within the end-to-end planning process
Integrate and balance big picture concerns with day-to-day activities
Drive best in class execution across teams including special packs marketing supply chain finance and RD&E
DEMONSTRATE COURAGE CONFIDENCE ADAPTABILITY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL

FINANCIAL ACUMEN
Own and manage the P&L for the business unit with a deep understanding of financial levers and their impact on the Costco and total NA business
Evaluate proposed investments against their projected trade-offs and benefits for SC Johnson and the customer before making recommendations and taking action
Understand the customers business models and the key drivers that impact the customers P&L from the customers and SC Johnsons perspective
Accurately forecast major sources of cost revenue and risk
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING
Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant business experience OR Masters degree and 3 years of relevant business experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Strong financial acumen previous experience owning P&Ls in the CPG industry highly preferred
Previous experience calling on customers and building customer relationships within the CPG industry highly preferred (even better if previous Costco experience)
Go-getter mentality ability to adapt and quickly identify solutions to problems
Proficient and thorough knowledge of trade promotion management tools and forecasting
Demonstrated track record of successful penetration and profitable growth of major accounts
Experience internally managing cross-functional partnerships

Must live within 90 mins from an SCJ office and near a major airport
10%-15% Travel required
