This is a hybrid hourly position at the senior administrative level. We are excited to hear from candidates who see the importance of this work and are excited to contribute to the success of our employees from day one.
Minimum Education and/or Training:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum Requirement: 2 years of experience in any HR related area.
- Experience Exception: Bachelors degree with some HR support experience preferred.
- Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel) preferred and a general comfort with digital tools.
- Strong attention to detail ability to work collaboratively plan and prioritize own work.
- Able to stay calm under stress and deal with ambiguity.
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $26.00 - $45.50 per hour for the role of Senior HR Specialist (Talent Development).Explore our exceptional benefits!
