Job Description POD Image Uploading Executive (OMS)
Role Overview
The POD Image Uploading Intern will be responsible for collecting verifying and uploading Proof of Delivery (POD) documents/images into the Order Management System (OMS) accurately and within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
-Collect POD images/documents from delivery partners or internal logistics team.
-Verify PODs for completeness clarity and correctness before uploading.
-Upload POD images against respective order IDs in the OMS.
-Maintain proper naming conventions and filing structure for digital POD records.
-Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams for any missing or disputed PODs.
-Escalate cases of missing unclear or invalid PODs to concerned Team.
Skills & Competencies
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
-Basic in MS Office (Excel Word) and image handling.
-Ability to handle large volumes of data/files with speed and efficiency.
Qualification & Experience
-Graduate or Pursuing in any stream.
-Freshers with good computer literacy may also apply.
