Job Summary
**Job Summary:**
The Site Manager for Warehouse Logistics will be responsible for overseeing operations in the Indianapolis area. This role involves managing a large team and supervising a 7-day-a-week operation. The Site Manager will work a Monday to Friday day shift schedule.
**Qualifications:**
- 5-7 years of Previous experience in warehouse logistics or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands
- Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and streamline operations
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
**Salary:**
Salary for this position is $110000.00 annually.
