Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70000 - $75000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships delivering exceptional service and advocacy.
- Handle renewals service requests claims billing and new policy processing.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites underwriting guidelines and submission procedures.
- Review applications policies endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinate renewal business information with the department manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Account Management.
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty License required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
