Description
The Value Analysis Coordinator serves as the operational coordinator for non-pharmaceutical value analysis processes within the Trinity Health System with the goal of providing high quality efficient cost effective and aligned services. They will actively engage physicians and other clinicians in value-based variation reduction related to clinical practice and products devices and supplies that support safe patient care education and research. The Value Analysis Coordinator will work closely with the Supply Chain Director Buyers and Reimbursement Teams to identify analyze select and implement best practices and expense management initiatives.

Educational Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in supply chain management business administration or a related field highly preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Strong communication interpersonal organization and facilitation skills to include the ability to negotiate resolve conflicts and build teams.
- Analytical and quantitative skills including data gathering organization assessment reporting and presentation.
- Computer skills ( Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Internet Explorer).
- Preference given to applicants with previous supply chain experience in healthcare.

- Strong communication skills.
