Client
A successful specialist Commercial and Technology teamwithin a top UK law firm
Role
- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial and technology transactions with support from senior colleagues
- Playing an active role in business development
- NQ solicitor - experience of commercial/technology law an advantage but not necessarily a requirement
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Strong commercial awareness with a willingness to develop and learn
- Committed to business development
- Willing to work as part of a positive and dynamic cross-office team.
