We are strengthening the Partnerships division and we are looking for a new Key Account Manager (KAM) to join the team and help us provide an excellent service to our clients in Europe
What will your responsibilities be
- Manage & Optimize each account assigned.
- Keep continuous contact with your accounts (conference calls visits ) to understand their inputs and propose solutions that benefit both your accounts and their suppliers.
- Youll work with our clients to balance business strategy and technical objectives that are conveyed as clear stable priorities for both companies.
- Analyzing evolution of the assigned clients in order to increase their sales via new connections and/or complementary solutions.
- Initiate and implement revenue growth strategies with each of your accounts.
- Provide support and training on Travelgate tools to your accounts.
- Jointly define partner performance metrics that translate into market expansion & revenue growth for each of your accounts.
- Proactively provide data-driven insights on product optimization for each of your accounts identifying growth opportunities and transforming data into key actionable metrics.
- Detect business at risk and propose alternatives.
- Attending specific trade shows representing your team.
What are we looking for
- Youll have a technical background with experience in XML technical optimization.
- Strong interpersonal skills: you must be able to foster strong relationships with key business partners.
- Proactivity and the ability to propose technical solutions as quickly as possible.
- Ability to work with different teams often remote (Partnerships Engineering Billing etc.).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Fluency in French highly appreciated
- Experience in travel tech/hotel distribution highly appreciated
