Responsibilities Include:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding
Provide mobility support including turning repositioning and transferring residents
Take and record vital signs weights and other routine measurements
Observe and report changes in our residents condition to the nursing staff
Document care and services provided in the electronic medical record system
Support a clean safe and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate with residents families and interdisciplinary staff respectfully and professionally
Follow infection control safety and facility procedures at all times
Qualifications:
Active CNA licensein the state of Florida(required)
Ability to work assigned shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for working with seniors in a long-term care environment
