Outpatient Manager
An Outpatient Manager is needed in Burlington KS.

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00AM 5:00PM)
- Lead and supervise department staff oversee clinical processes and ensure quality client care.
- Conduct performance evaluations and monitor staff productivity caseloads and documentation compliance.
- Provide direct therapy to a personal caseload while maximizing team efficiency and client placements.
- Represent the agency at local/state meetings build community partnerships and deliver presentations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records submit timely reports and ensure compliance with state and agency standards.
- Model professionalism foster positive relationships and support staff growth.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and skills.
- Report directly to the Assistant Clinical Director
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in the mental health field
- Supervisory and leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work with patients of all ages
- Masters Degree from an accredited school of social work counseling or psychology is required
- The following licensures are accepted: LMFT LCMFT LMLP LCP LP LPC LCPC LMSW or LSCSW
