We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in one of our key locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving operational excellence ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting business objectives.

Location: Kalamata

Working Model: On-Site

You will be reporting to: Store Manager

More specifically the candidate will be:

Mentoring training and developing the team
Ensuring the proper operation of the store according to company standards
Maximize sales opportunities and monitor store KPIs to achieve profitability
Promote a customer-centric culture by ensuring a high level of service
Participate in code reviews fostering code quality and team collaboration
Contribute to the enhancement of development processes and tools

Requirements

Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate and guide team members to meet objectives
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
