Essential Functions:- Answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate department or person.
- Places outgoing calls as requested by employees and management.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made and received.
- Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or person.
- Provides general information to callers and visitors as needed.
- Assists in training and onboarding new staff.
