Job Summary

Position: Operations Assistant - Real Estate (LatAm)

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays; 10:00AM to 6:00PM - US Central Time

Note: Weekend work is only needed if we get a lead on the weekend which is not too often. And if we do its a matter of intaking the lead which could take 15 minutes at max.

Salary range: USD 1500- 2000 per month commensurate with experience



About the Role:

Were hiring a bilingual Operations Assistant to support a growing real estate investment company that specializes in owner-finance properties for Hispanic buyers. Based in Lincoln Nebraska this family-run business is scaling quickly and needs dedicated support to help manage and communicate with leads qualify buyers and move properties faster.

If youre fluent in Spanish detail-oriented and have a background or interest in real estate this is an incredible opportunity to work directly with a tight-knit and mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients
  • Qualify incoming buyer leads through phone CRM and messaging tools
  • Manage communication from Facebook ads bandit signs and marketplace leads
  • Input and track lead information using the customized Fathom Boss CRM
  • Coordinate and guide buyers through the owner-financing process
  • Support the owner with deal flow and pipeline follow-ups
  • Ensure timely communication to help reduce property holding time

What Were Looking For:

  • Must have prompt communication and response times
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Experience in real estate or familiarity with owner-financing is a strong plus
  • Professional clear communicator with great follow-through
  • Self-starter who is proactive and highly organized
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use new systems quickly
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours (preferably Central Time)

  • Follow-up Boss CRM (customized for the teams real estate pipeline)
  • Facebook Ads Platform
  • Messaging apps and basic productivity tools (Google Workspace etc.)
