Associate Attorney Construction Litigation
A highly regarded firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 48 years of construction defect litigation experience. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and capable of handling cases independently while also thriving in a collaborative litigation environment.
Compensation
- Base salary: $150000 $200000 commensurate with experience
- Discretionary bonus program available
Qualifications & Experience
- 48 years of hands-on experience in construction defect litigation (required)
- Strong background in managing case files from inception through resolution
- Prior experience with insurance law matters (preferred)
- Familiarity with case management systems (a plus)
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (required)
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (required)
