Are you ready to make a difference This role is your chance to provide top-notch ministerial and parliamentary expertise delivering high-quality timely advice and services to Ministers senior leaders and staff across NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA). Youll be at the forefront of managing and drafting responses to all official ministerial and parliamentary requests for information on behalf of NZTA.

You will also bring:
You will demonstrate knowledge of or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Mori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Mori. You will also have knowledge of or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.

Te Waka Ktuia Engagement and Partnerships Group is accountable for navigating NZTAs journey by building strong relationships with all stakeholders telling great stories to achieve outcomes and change and managing our reputation.
Ministerial Services works with other NZTA business units to meet the organisations ministerial servicing and legislative requirements. We are the key interface between the Minister of Transport and Associate Minister members of the public and other government organisations responsible for maintaining NZTAs reputation by ensuring that work is of the highest quality within the required timeframes and meets the needs of our customers. We are the experts in providing advice and support to the wider organisation on machinery of government and parliamentary processes.
