Civils Foreman Residential Infrastructure
Sligo Large-Scale Housing Groundworks & Utilities
Salary: 60000 - 65000 DOE
Were recruiting a Civils Foreman for a large-scale residential development in Sligo on behalf of a well-established contractor.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong civil engineering or groundworks background and solid experience managing site infrastructure on residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all civil works on-site including groundworks drainage roads and utilities
Coordinate and supervise civils subcontractors and direct labour teams
Ensure all works are carried out in line with project drawings specifications and safety standards
Work closely with engineers and site management to meet deadlines and milestones
Monitor progress and report on productivity and potential delays
Maintain a clean safe and efficient work environment
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Civils Foreman on housing or infrastructure projects
Strong background in groundworks roads drainage or utilities
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and site layouts
Confident managing multiple crews and subcontractors
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health & safety standards and site protocols
