Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a plastic manufacturing company with an excellent track record internationally based in West Java.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data such as employee surveys and performance assessments to identify organizational development needs.
- Develop review and implement HR policies to align with company goals and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist leadership in fostering a positive organizational culture focused on employee engagement and retention.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters like career growth conflict resolution and performance improvement.
- Familiarity with competency frameworks is essential.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with labor unions employee representatives and regulatory authorities to ensure workplace harmony.
- Create and execute strategies to prevent industrial disputes and encourage constructive communication between management and employees.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings such as labor tribunals or mediation.
- Stay informed about labor laws industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Offer training and advice to management and supervisors on best practices in industrial relations and conflict resolution.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelors degree ideally in Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR and GA/personnel management.
- >15 years of experience in Industrial Relations
- Preferably experienced in a multinational company environment.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrates strong leadership abilities.
- Deep understanding and mastery of HR practices.
- Excellent human relations and networking abilities.
- Exhibits strategic orientation and visionary management.
- Displays confidence in decision-making and interactions.
- Professional networking skills with external parties.
