Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager

Were seeking a structured motivated professional to become a key part of our management team in Cheltenham.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a forward-thinking fast-moving construction consultancy where you will be given the opportunity to develop your Project Management Expertise.
What Were Looking For
Youll bring:
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction contracts & legislation
Excellent negotiation analytical & communication skills
A proactive time-efficient approach to work
A relevant degree or HNC experience
A full UK driving licence
What Youll Be Doing
As our Quantity Surveyor youll take the lead on:
Managing and overseeing all commercial aspects of construction projects
Collaborating with the estimator on feasibility studies & cost appraisals
Working with design teams and buyers to source & price materials
Managing subcontractors: tendering placing orders certifying work
Acting as the bridge between site managers engineers project managers & clients
Tracking & managing budgets valuations & variations
Identifying commercial risks & driving cost control initiatives
Mentoring junior surveyors to build team capability
Delivering clear structured reports to stakeholders

Cheltenham-based office with site visits
Full-time MondayFriday
