Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Flight Control and Auto-Pilot Systems - V&V Manager (f/m) to join our Control Modelling Simulation & V&V department based in Toulouse France.
You will be part of an integrated team and will work collaboratively with system designer teams and test teams to define and coordinate the V&V activities of Aircraft control systems (Auto-flight ATA22 Flight Control ATA27) on one or several programs.

Your challenges as V&V manager:
Define & update the V&V strategy process & workflow
Coordinate the V&V roadmap between Designers and Testers
Perform V&V continuous monitoring
Elaborate V&V reports for each milestone (First Flight Certification)
Participate to V&V tools development with the M&T teams
Subcontractor management : some activities could be subcontracted and the position could involve Subcontractor management
