Your day as a Nurse Assisted Living
As an Assisted Living Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village you will play a vital role in enhancing the health and well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include assessing resident health creating personalized care plans and administering medications while diligently monitoring for any changes in health conditions. You will promote independence and quality of life working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Additionally you will educate residents and staff supervise and mentor fellow team members and maintain accurate health records to ensure compliance and excellence in care delivery. This position requires strong communication compassion and organizational skills enabling you to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families ultimately fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
What you need to be successful
To excel in the role of Assisted Living Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village candidates must possess a robust set of skills and familiarity with various software and tools essential for effective care delivery. Proficiency in Health Assessment Monitoring is critical enabling you to accurately evaluate resident health and identify any changes. Experience with Care Planning will help in developing tailored approaches for each individual resident while adeptness in Medication Management is crucial for safe and proper administration of medications. Coordination of Care skills will ensure seamless communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals fostering a collaborative approach to resident health. Additionally a strong foundation in Health Education is necessary for providing valuable information to residents and staff empowering them to make informed health decisions.
