Job Description Custom Residential Builder
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Custom Residential Builder to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the construction of high-end custom homes from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of residential building practices excellent project management skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of custom residential construction projects.

Coordinate with architects designers subcontractors and clients.

Ensure compliance with building codes safety standards and project specifications.

Oversee schedules budgets and quality control.

Conduct site inspections to ensure progress and workmanship meet expectations.

Qualifications:
