Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking for an Application Analyst & Developer with knowledge on functional analysis & development and testing of solutions.The candidate will work in the Application Development team to support the realization and maintenance of software solutions with the following major responsibilities:

Requirement collection and analysis
Define the detailed SW solution design starting from the high-level design
Performs the logical design of the database
Develop the solution and prepare and implement the SW test
Produce technical support documentation and deliverable
Take care of the maintenance of the applications (AMS service) and the management of the technical support documentation
Provides technical training for the end user

The candidate must be prepared to work in a technological environment (including development languages middleware and operating systems) that combines old tools/releases with current solutions and technologies.

Technical skills required

3 or more years of experience in a similar role
Java 8 and later version
Object Oriented Programming and Functional programming
Framework: Hibernate Swing Jax-WS

Technical skills nice to have

IDE IntelliJ
SVN tool and relative concept (branch tag etc)
Continuous Integration (with tools like Jenkins)
OS and Data Base: The working environment is based on server with OS Windows and Linux. The DB in use is Oracle. No system manager knowledge is required for the OS but a sufficient knowledge is required to develop and install applications on the two OS (win and linux). Aswell no DBA knowledge is required but the ability to design data models and related DDLs for the creation of the designed model is required as well as a good knowledge of SQL.

Good spoken and written English is required - B2 Level
