You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Sales Operations Coordinator you will support the Sales Team in their daily activities and ensure that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. You act as the link between customers account managers and internal departments playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving commercial goals.
Supporting account managers in preparing quotations tenders and other customer requests
Entering orders into the ERP system
Handing over confirmed projects to the operational departments
Managing customer data and keeping the CRM ERP and central data (NAS) systems up to date
Acting as the first point of contact for customers with questions about products orders etc.
Managing the central sales email inbox ()
Preparing sales reports and sales analyses for management
Assisting in the organization of meetings trade shows customer visits and promotional activities
Proactively identifying opportunities and improvements in the sales process
General support of the Sales & Marketing team: tracking absences preparing business trips etc.
Bachelors level education preferably in a commercial field
At least 13 years of experience in a commercial support role
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good command of MS Office and experience with CRM systems
Customer-focused and proactive attitude
Accurate stress-resistant and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Dutch and English (additional languages depending on the market)
