TITLE: Senior HR Manager
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing
LOCATION: Salt Lake City UT
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience
RELOCATION: Local candidates preferred

STABLE and GROWING company is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead an HR Generalist to provide the full range of HR support to two of their manufacturing plants.

SUMMARY:
- Will lead an HR Generalist to provide the full range of HR support to a total of 200 employees at two of the companys non-union manufacturing plants
- Will work closely with plant leadership
- Coach and mentor the HR Generalist

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience
- HR experience in manufacturing plants or similar industrial settings
- Creative/innovative mindset
- Strategic and hands-on
