As part of the Supply Chain Product Management team this individual will be the supply chain lead on New Product Development projects and support multi-functional teams through launch execution. They will design and develop optimized supply chain strategies for complex global programs and lead teams through standardized launch management processes ensuring strong accountability. They will demonstrate strong program management capabilities and launch management expertise to drive E2E value collaborating heavily with Commercial R&D and Supply Chain partners.
As a Supply Network Planner you will:
Provides leadership to orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain for the delivery of large global New Product Introduction programs
Support and Lead multi-functional teams through standardized launch management tools and processes to deliver launch execution and achieve overall business objectives for the program
Drives the supply chain readiness process ensuring strong functional accountability
Identifies gaps in existing business processes and drives improvement initiatives to address
Designs the end-to-end value chain for new products ensuring alignment with key business partners and strategies
Communicates to partners across multiple levels of the organization
Qualifications/Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelors degree or higher is required
A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in supply chain operations engineering or quality function is required
Strong communication and influencing skills are required
Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferred
Experience leading projects is preferred
A degree in engineering science or business preferred
Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred
Experience interacting with suppliers is preferred
Experience working within a regulated environment
This position may require up to 10% Domestic and International travel
