The Senior Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Manager will lead global target analysis due diligence and financial modeling and support deal sourcing negotiations and integrations. This role requires deep expertise in financial analysis strategic thinking and a strong ability to drive and close transactions that align with the companys strategic objectives. This position will partner with our investment banking community and external legal counsel to facilitate transaction processes. The Senior M&A Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that enhance the companys growth and competitive position.
This position will be located onsite in Green Bay Wisconsin. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.
What Youll Do:
Due Diligence:
Lead comprehensive global due diligence processes including financial legal operational and strategic assessments.
Identify potential risks and opportunities and recommend and implement mitigation strategies.
Financial Analysis & Valuation:
Develop detailed financial models to assess the value and impact of potential acquisitions.
Perform scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to evaluate different deal structures.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to global senior management.
Post-Merger Integration:
Develop and implement post-merger integration plans in collaboration with relevant departments.
Monitor and track the performance of acquired entities to ensure they meet financial and strategic objectives.
Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional integration teams providing proactive guidance to ensure seamless transitions and alignment.
Strategic Planning:
Provide market insights and strategic recommendations based on industry trends and competitive analysis.
Drive the development of long-term strategic growth initiatives by shaping and supporting M&A activities that align with organizational priorities.
Together with the leadership team ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field.
MBA CPA or CFA preferred but not required
10 years of experience in M&A investment banking corporate development corporate finance or a related field
Experience in Manufacturing
Familiarity with international M&A transactions and cross-border deals
Experience with post-merger integration processes
Strong financial modeling valuation and analytical skills.
Experience in conducting and leading due diligence processes.
Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
High degree of integrity initiative confidentiality and attention to detail
Ability to travel 15% to 20% of time both domestic and international
