Job Summary
This position will focus on monitoring a queue to ship replacement devices to Oracle Health Advance Exchange customers as well as managing tickets from open to close and every step in-between. This includes shipping receiving inventory management and a wide variety of technical skills to test repair validate and coordinate returns with various manufacturers. It also involves working with customers on new hardware purchases providing integration services such as device enrollments and imaging. This is a full-time onsite position based at our Technical Operations Center (TOC) in Kansas City MO.

Responsibilities
- Advance Exchange support services focusing on hardware replacement and customer service processes.
- Integration Services focusing on new customer hardware purchases providing device enrollments and imaging services.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware devices and document resolution.
- Prioritize and escalate issues and requests when appropriate.
- Document key processes and procedures for each supply chain function.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Build maintain and enhance reporting tools to monitor and analyze operational performance.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help develop best practices for each function.
- Learn and apply company policies procedures and compliance standards.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56300 to $112600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
