Lead the development and maintenance of business process analysis to provide site-wide improvements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations to create and maintain data dashboards and provide innovative tools that support decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish strategic business processes that optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Facilitate application development and ensure alignment with data management standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
Leads and directs the development and maintenance of the business process architecture for process improvement strategies and initiatives.
Develops and maintains processes to improve efficiency and cost through the use of process methods tools and modeling process standards and guidelines metric consultation and data analysis.
Works with managers to scope plan and establish business process direction and strategies.
Facilitates the development of business case and risk analysis of process investment returns affordability and resource requirements.
Provides guidance and implements data and information management standards; consolidates and simplifies process documents.
Acts as liaison between customers and information technology organization to communicate and resolve issues related to computing system requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience with writing SQL queries and/or SQL server management.
Minimum 1 years of experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI.
Minimum 3 years with process automation application development and code deployment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
Working knowledge of GCODE its deployment on CNC machinery and application within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of ERP/ERPLN/ERPMART.
Working knowledge of Boeing Common Data Warehouse (CDW) and/or Teradata.
Working Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Industrial Engineering work statement.
Working Knowledge of Visual Basic.
3 or more years experience in a Manufacturing environment.
3 or more years experience working with multi-functional teams/organizations.
