Project Manager Strategic Financial Initiative
Location: Stockholm (Hybrid/Remote)
Start: October
Duration: 6 months
Scope: Full-time (40h/week)
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a high-impact assignment within finance technology and data management.
You will be driving a strategic project of great importance to the financial market ensuring governance delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment in a global regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver a multi-faceted strategic project from planning to execution
Coordinate activities delegate tasks and report on progress
Ensure quality budget risk management and timeline compliance
Set up proper project governance reporting and stakeholder communication
Collaborate closely with senior management and regulatory bodies
Requirements
BSc/MSc in Finance Computer Science Engineering or similar
5 years experience in financial industry project management
Strong background in complex decision-making and risk assessment
Experience working in global regulated organizations
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Experience interacting with senior management and steering committees
Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have
Experience in change management and process implementation
Ability to lead culturally and geographically diverse teams
