Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations in a fast-growing company including finance accounting taxation cashflow budgeting and internal control aspects.
- Drive month-end/year-end closings prepare monthly quarterly and annual planning financial auditing and reporting and provide financial advisory to leadership.
- Lead tax strategy and tax management with professional skills execute timely filing deadline tracking and compliance updates. Implement best-practice compliance process and proactively update procedures when regulation changes.
- Lead deployment of financial and tax software systems to automate routine tasks and elevate finance service quality.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams internal finance teams and external partners to support company growth business operations and department performance for areas of responsibility.
- Design and deliver financial and tax training internally to empower the finance and commercial teams.
Required skills qualifications and experience
- Minimum 7 years experience in big4(or equivalent) or in-house corporate tax/accounting in automobile industry.
- DEC preferred DSCG-qualified with evidence of hands-on tax compliance responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic fast-paced and detail-driven environment.
- Native in Chinese. Proficient in French and English.
