Sales Director (Estate Agency)
Grays Essex
50000 - 60000 base salary (depending on experience)
80000 - 100000 OTE
The Role
We are working with a highly reputable market leading and well established Estate Agency who are looking for an enthusiastic and personable new Sales Director to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will have:
- Management experience within estate agency
- Estate agency sales experience
- Be reliable and happy to support the current partner in running the office
- Motivated and hungry for success
- Good knowledge of the local area is desirable
- Strong leadership skills
- Full UK Driving licence and own car
- Supporting the current partner in running the offices
- Manage the team
- Contribute towards growing the business
- Securing new business
- Ensuring the team are on track for KPIs
