Job Description

Develop Python scripts to automate data ingestion curation quality control and analysis
-
Hands-on experience with Computer Vision and Airflow
-
Prepare image data to support algorithm development and data workflows
-
Continuously identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes
-
Report on imaging assets to business stakeholders
-
Document workflows using Google Docs Confluence and related tools
-
Collaborate with scientists contractors and IT staff to curate organize and document clinical images from trials
-
Support data integration across diverse data sources
-
Contribute to the development of Machine Learning / Deep Learning (ML/DL) algorithms and pipelines using image data
-
Maintain thorough documentation and actively improve automation processes
Required Skills
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Biomedical Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
-
Experience working with clinical imaging across therapeutic areas such as Oncology Ophthalmology and Neurology
-
Strong knowledge of medical/clinical image data analysis techniques
-
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python required)

Exposure to database applications
-
Experience with medical image formats (DICOM NIfTI)

ML/DL experience is a plus
-
Understanding of clinical trials is a plus
-
Strong communication and presentation skills
