Key Responsibilities:
External Scientific Engagement:
Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) investigators and healthcare professionals.
Communicate complex scientific concepts clinical data and our portfolio in an accurate balanced and engaging manner.
Identify and gather field insights that inform clinical development strategy and evidence generation.
Critical Project Leadership:
Lead and coordinate strategic medical projects
Drive execution of cross-functional projects with Clin dev regulatory and commercial teams.
Provide medical/scientific expertise in business case development government partnerships and regulatory submissions.
Support scientific communication strategy including publications congress activities and medical education programs.
Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with clinical operations regulatory affairs and commercial colleagues to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
Act as a medical/scientific resource for internal training workshops and capability-building programs.
Contribute to development of Clinical & Scientific plans evidence-generation strategies and KOL mapping.
Qualifications & Experience
Advanced degree (MD PhD or equivalent in life sciences).
At least experience of 2 years in medical affairs clinical research or scientific engagement (Life Sciences experience strongly preferred).
Prior exposure to cell and gene therapy oncology or immunology highly desirable.
Strong scientific acumen and ability to translate science into impactful communications.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
Excellent communication networking and stakeholder management skills.
