Job Description
- Seeking a Workday Talent Configuration Specialist to support the design configuration testing and maintenance of Workdays Talent Management modules.
- Configure and maintain Workday Talent and Performance modules:
- Performance reviews (annual mid-year continuous feedback)
- Goal setting and tracking
- Talent reviews and calibration
- Succession planning and readiness metrics
- Skills Cloud development planning
- Design and implement business processes condition rules calculated fields and security roles related to talent.
- Partner with HR L&D and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and system capabilities.
- Develop custom reports dashboards and scorecards in Workday to support Talent Analytics.
- Participate in Workday release management regression testing and deployment of new features.
- Support data loads and configuration using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
- Maintain documentation related to configurations test scripts and process flows.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Talent modules.
- 4 years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent modules including Performance & Goals Succession Planning Skills Cloud (or Skills Framework)
- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes Calculated Fields and Condition Rules.
- Experience with reporting and analytics in Workday.
