Job Description

Seeking a Workday Talent Configuration Specialist to support the design configuration testing and maintenance of Workdays Talent Management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Workday Talent and Performance modules:
Performance reviews (annual mid-year continuous feedback)
Goal setting and tracking
Talent reviews and calibration
Succession planning and readiness metrics
Skills Cloud development planning
Design and implement business processes condition rules calculated fields and security roles related to talent.
Partner with HR L&D and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and system capabilities.
Develop custom reports dashboards and scorecards in Workday to support Talent Analytics.
Participate in Workday release management regression testing and deployment of new features.
Support data loads and configuration using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
Maintain documentation related to configurations test scripts and process flows.
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Talent modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent modules including Performance & Goals Succession Planning Skills Cloud (or Skills Framework)
Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes Calculated Fields and Condition Rules.
Experience with reporting and analytics in Workday.
