Job Description
Job Location: Sunnyvale CA
Job Summary:
- We are hiring Bluetooth Test Engineers to support clients device testing efforts.
- This is an onsite role in Sunnyvale CA requiring close collaboration with clients lab infrastructure.
- Candidates should have strong experience in Bluetooth protocol testing debugging and automation.
- Design and execute test cases for Bluetooth Classic and BLE features including pairing audio streaming data transfer and power modes.
- Perform interoperability testing with a wide range of Bluetooth devices.
- Use tools like Ellisys Bluetooth Analyzer Frontline and Wireshark for protocol analysis.
- Automate test cases using Python or similar scripting tools.
- Identify log and debug issues; work with development teams to resolve defects.
- Document test results and maintain traceability.
- 3 years of experience in Bluetooth testing (Classic and BLE).
- Strong understanding of Bluetooth protocol stack and profiles (A2DP HFP GATT etc.).
- Experience with Bluetooth analyzers and sniffers.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting for automation.
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Bluetooth SIG certification.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and low-level firmware testing.
- Exposure to Bluetooth coexistence testing with Wi-Fi.
- Experience in Agile and CI/CD environments.
