Job Title: Technician

Client: Medical device manufacturing company
Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineers to drive process improvements in extrusion.
• Troubleshoot extrusion processes to improve cycle time yield cost quality and safety.
• Operate extrusion lines conduct validation runs and report findings in prescribed formats.
• Train new operators on extrusion line operations and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with all production/operations procedures.
• Perform calibration alignment checks and adjustments of equipment and tooling.
• Work from schematics engineering drawings and written/verbal instructions.
• Prepare and test prescribed compounds solutions and materials.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects and make recommendations to optimize work processes.
