Job Summary
ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services in southern Michigan and Ohio. A national leader in treatment of heart attack congestive heart failure pneumonia and surgical care ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital is also a pacesetter in Michigan for obstetrics emergency care intensive care controlling infections and organ donation.
Position Summary:
Under supervision of physician/NP PA charge nurse/registered nurse and according to established policies and procedures the Paramedic performs a variety of technical skills and patient care activities for acute and sub-acute patients as assigned and directed.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
License: Must have advanced emergency medical technician classes and be currently licensed in the State of Michigan as a paramedic.
Certification: Must be BCLS and ACLS certified.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Years of Experience: Prefer experience as an A-EMT or in emergency services in a clinical setting.
