Are you passionate about fitness community and creative marketing Club Pilates St. Augustine is looking for a dynamic Sales & Social Media Specialist to lead our studios growth through strategic sales initiatives engaging content creation and local business development.
What Youll Do
1 Sales & Revenue Growth
Partner with our Regional Manager to execute monthly sales strategies that drive membership growth
Coach and motivate our front desk sales team to exceed performance goals
Monitor KPIs and contribute to a high-energy results-driven studio culture
2 Social Media Marketing
Create vibrant on-brand content for our studios social media platforms
Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to expand our digital footprint
Execute in-studio marketing campaigns that excite and engage our community
3 Business Development
Build strategic partnerships with local organizations to boost brand awareness
Represent Club Pilates at community events and networking opportunities
Generate new membership leads through creative outreach and collaboration
Who You Are
A natural leader with a creative spark and a results-driven mindset
Experienced in sales social media or marketing (bonus if youve done all three!)
Obsessed with building community and making meaningful connections
Comfortable being the face of a brandonline and in person
