We are currently seeking anSenior Account Manager (EPC Sales)to join ourteam in ourChangiSingaporeoffice. As a Senior Account Manager (EPC Sales) here at Honeywell Process Solutions you will be instrumental in driving Automation sales and managing relationships with key Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) clients in Singapore. Your focus will be on critical verticals including Oil & Gas Refining LNG and Marine ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will report directly to our Regional Sales Manager for Singapore and Vietnam and youll work out of our Singapore location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact our business growth by developing strategic relationships with EPC clients driving sales initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative solutions including Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) and multi-package automation solutions to enhance their operations. The role focuses on greenfield projects and will support customer needs through a One Honeywell approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales order targets in the EPC sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Oil & Gas Refining LNG and Marine industries.
  • Sell and promote Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) and multi-package automation solutions to meet client needs.
  • Position One Honeywell offerings to support customer project needs from sensor to cloud offerings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 15 years of experience in sales within the EPC sector specifically in Oil & Gas Refining LNG or Marine (FPSO/FSO/FSRU).
  • 10 years proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Experience selling Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) and multi-package automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the EPC market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field.
  • Experience in a multinational organization.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
