Job Description
Join the MOKA team at our vibrant drive-through-based coffee shops where we prioritize customer connection and community engagement.
MOKA is hiring enthusiastic positive and customer-focused baristas to join our team on a Full Time in the La Crosse WI area. As a barista you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages building relationships with customers and working in a collaborative team-focused environment.
We are currently hiring for select locations full time positions available. The ideal candidate for this job is an individual that will be around during the summer and also be in the La Crosse Area for the fall/winter months and looking to work a minimum of 25 hours/week with weekend availability or up to 35 hours/week with weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages teas and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure consistent quality in every cup paying attention to details such as temperature presentation and taste
- Provide excellent customer service greeting and assisting customers with their orders and offering recommendations
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders while following safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including regular cleaning of equipment and restocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment
