Shift: Day/Evening/Night 5x8s
Pay Range: $45$47/hour ($1600 $1800 weekly)
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)for an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth MA.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct nursing assistants in daily care activities.
Plan coordinate and oversee shift services and programs.
Complete admission transfer and discharge documentation.
Review and transcribe physician orders; administer medications and treatments.
Maintain accurate nursing notes reflecting care and resident response.
Participate in physician rounds and coordinate treatment plans.
Provide nursing services including catheterization tube feedings suction dressing changes specimen collection ROM exercises and end-of-life care.
Monitor vital signs and dietary compliance.
Educate residents and families on health care instructions.
Ensure adequate supplies medications and equipment are available.
Uphold confidentiality resident rights and compliance with all regulations.
Assist in orientation of new residents/families and support facility inspections.
Perform other nursing and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Active unrestricted LPN license in Massachusetts.
Current BLS/CPR and AED certification.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices medical guidelines and resident care standards.
Demonstrated leadership supervisory and teamwork abilities.
Excellent communication skills with residents families and staff.
