Job Summary:
The IWE Home Real Estate & Key Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving growth in the real estate segment. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies fostering relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of projects and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts within the IWE Home real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and report on account performance and key metrics to management.
- Participate in contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in account management or sales preferably in the real estate or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
