Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Waltham MA
3-day work week!
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice 3 days per week in MA splitting coverage between our office in Weymouth and Lowell. We are a physical medicine office and we utilize natural regenerative cellular therapies to treat our patients acute and chronic pain and injuries. The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner duties include joint and trigger point injections. We offer a fantastic work life balance with a 3-day work week! Ideally the incoming provider has experience in orthopedics and preferably has experience with joint injections and musculoskeletal conditions.

We have a team of medical doctors NP/PA nurses CMAs phlebotomists and administrative staff on hand to help provide high quality patient care. The NP/PAs perform a comprehensive orthopedic/musculoskeletal exam/consultation and perform joint and trigger point injections in our physical medicine office.

Duties:
- Patient exams/consultations- orthopedic/musculoskeletal (HPI physical exam review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
- Evaluate Clinical Data
- Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records- read and interpret MRI and X-rays
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment plan options
- Consultation with the Supervisory physician as needed
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Treatments to include Joint and trigger point injections (training will be provided)
- Assist in the direction of the management of the patients care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- PA/NP license in MA
- Experience in Joint and Trigger point injections preferred
- Orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Family medicine background is preferred
Schedule:
- 3-day work week (30hrs)
Compensation:
- $110k-$130k per year plus huge bonus potential (about $700/day)
- Bonus compensation (performance based)
