In an environment of continuous quality improvement the Therapy Supervisor is responsible for evaluating patients establishing treatment plans and administering medically prescribed therapy to restore function following disease injury or disability. Participates as an integral part of the interdisciplinary treatment team on all matters concerning patient care. Works to coordinate scheduling and administrative issues within their specific discipline with respect to the rest of the team. Will also participate in performance evaluations outcome management and marketing activities. Exhibits the Standards of Excellence and exercises strict confidentiality at all times.
