Thomas College seeks a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead its NCAA Division III Womens Lacrosse program. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of team management including recruitment coaching academic support and program development in alignment with the Colleges mission and values.


Key Responsibilities:

Plan organize and conduct practices and competitions.

Recruit and retain student-athletes who reflect the Colleges academic and athletic standards.

Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship integrity and personal growth.

Monitor academic progress and support student-athlete success.

Manage program budget equipment and travel logistics.

Ensure compliance with NCAA conference and institutional policies.

Collaborate with athletic staff on departmental initiatives and community engagement.

Promote the program through camps clinics and outreach.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.

Demonstrated success in recruiting and player development.

Strong communication organizational and leadership skills.

Valid drivers license and ability to travel.
