About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a distinguished leader in the Sumatra Area overseeing diverse business units across the Automotive Retail Real Estate Hospitality Banking and food and beverage industries.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns including digital initiatives promotional events and dealership-based activations.
Continuously monitor industry trends competitor activities and customer insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
Oversee the effective allocation and utilization of the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate closely with sales after-sales and dealership teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and broader business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing and promotional activities (event & motor community) ideally within the automotive industry online & offline.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proven ability to analyze market dynamics consumer behavior and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Willingness to be assigned in Palembang and Bengkulu as part of regional marketing operations.
