Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in a technical business or healthcare field.
1 year of business analysis experience with IBM Cram software.
1 year of experience in government IT projects as a business analyst or related duties.
1 year experience eliciting mining and documenting business rules and processes.
2 years of Medicaid Eligibility or other healthcare insurance experience.
Ability to clearly communicate technical and vulnerability information to non-technical personnel
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
