Job Summary:
A Job Coach is a key advocate and support professional who empowers individuals with disabilities to achieve and maintain success in community employment. The role involves providing direct on-site support focusing on the development of essential job skills professional conduct and workplace communication.
Job Qualifications:
CC CCOn-the-Job Coaching: Offering hands-on guidance to help clients master job-specific tasks understand workplace policies and effectively collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.
CC CCSkills Development: Facilitating the acquisition of new skills to enhance job performance increase independence and promote career growth.
