Job Summary

This is for a part time evening position. We have an opening that is 2 nights a week Tuesdays and Fridays. Shifts are 5.5 hours a night. Start time is after 5:00pm.

Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities:

-Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum walk behind floor scrubber and mopping systems)

-Using various cleaning chemicals

-Able to bend stand lift etc.

-Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours

-Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures

-Clean and detail to customers satisfaction following closely to scope of work expected.

-Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)

-Show up to location on time every time as scheduled

-Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually

-Able to work with minimal supervision

-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Cleaning duties are but not limited to:

-Basic commercial cleaning

-Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)

-Detailing

-Dusting and wet wiping

-Trash removal

-Bathroom cleaning

-Supply stocking

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

-High School and/or GED is encouraged

-Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e. Office Medical Retail

-Must have reliable transportation to the job site
