ファイナンシャルアナリストは経営企画財務部の一員として担当ビジネス部門と一体となってビジネス戦略や事業計画を策定実行のサポートをし経営者の視点からビジネスの成長と財務の健全性をサポートします予実分析や経営指標のトラッキングのみならず大量のデータに基づく分析や自ら現場へ赴き何が起きているか実際に把握しビジネス部門とアマゾンビジネスの拡大成長をサポートする提案を行いますさらに新規サービスの立ち上げや重要な変更に対するビジネス部門へのコンサルティング業務も行い日々起こるビジネスの変化をダイレクトに経験することができます

職種概要
データ駆動型の意思決定をリードしビジネスの成長機会の特定や運営効率の向上に貢献していただきます具体的には複雑な財務モデリング予算策定収益予測原価計算投資収益率ROI分析などを実施します最新の分析ツールやテクノロジーを活用し大規模なデータセットから実用的な示唆を導き出すことが期待されます
また事業部門のリーダーやステークホルダーと緊密に連携し経営判断に必要な財務分析や提言を行い事業戦略の策定から実行までを財務面からサポートします

Key job responsibilities
Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting activities
Perform complex financial modeling and ROI analysis for business decisions
Create and present monthly/quarterly financial reports and KPI dashboards
Partner with business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
Conduct data analysis using SQL/Excel to generate actionable insights
Support new business launches and growth opportunities
Develop and track key metrics for business performance
Identify and implement cost optimization strategies
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- 大学学士-修士-博士課程に在学中かつ2026年中に入社可能
- Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling skills
- Experience with financial reporting
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
- Process improvement experience (ideally Lean and/or Six Sigma)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer focus and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials and Cognos a plus
